Sushi Central wishes to assure its customers that we are continuously monitoring the developments on COVID-19 and have implemented rigorous steps to maintain a safe environment within our restaurants.

Sushi Central remains opens daily as usual.

While Sushi Central has always followed the strictest of health and safety protocols to protect the welfare of our customers and staff; we have implemented additional measures given the current situation.

Each of our branches has a designated ‘Hygiene Master’ tasked with ensuring that all measures are duly implemented.

Our staff sanitizes all surfaces including the furniture, door handles, taps and dispensers with approved selected sanitizers at regular intervals. All our staff including front office staff will use gloves and face masks which will be replaced after every interaction with a customer. The staff is also required to wash and sanitize their hands at frequent intervals.

All of our branches have been equipped with sanitizers and tissues and we encourage all our guests to use the same. Our food will be served only on disposable utensils.

Our dine-in areas have been rearranged to ensure sufficient distance between each table.

Our home deliveries are packed by staff wearing disposables gloves and face masks and all necessary procedures are implemented to avoid any sort of contamination such as sealing the packets. All of our delivery boxes are regularly sanitized. All packages are sealed in sanitized areas and will be re-opened only by the customers. Rest assured that where your deliveries are fulfilled by our drivers, they will be wearing disposable gloves and face masks. Our drivers are also required to sanitize their hands themselves before and after every delivery.

Please be assured that any of our staff returning from vacation or those showing any symptoms are required to place themselves into self-quarantine for a minimum of 14-days’ before resuming work. Additionally, we have and will implement all guidelines issued by the authorities to combat this.

Some guidelines to remain safe:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water at regular intervals and if not possible, sanitize your hands with alcohol-based sanitizers at frequent intervals and always after touching any common areas.
  • Avoid touching your face, nose or eyes.
  • If you have any symptoms and have visited any of our restaurants recently, please let us know immediately.
  • If you have any symptoms such as sore throat, cough or fever, please stay at home and coordinate with the relevant authorities for further guidance.

Let's try together to remain positive. Stay healthy!
